The Role As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our care services. You’ll be responsible for scheduling care visits, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carers, and ensuring that care is delivered in line with each client’s needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate care visits, ensuring continuity and efficiency Act as the first point of contact for care staff and clients regarding daily operations Maintain up-to-date records and care plans Assist with care worker recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks Ensure all care packages are fully staffed and any issues are resolved promptly Work closely with Field Care Supervisors to monitor quality of care Participate in the on-call rota as required ✅ What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a care coordination or scheduling role (home care experience preferred) Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong IT skills, including experience with care scheduling software A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) What We Offer £25,000 salary 22 days holiday + bank holidays Your birthday off every year!
