What we need from you:

  • You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK
  • A Full UK Driving License (travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
  • A good standard of English and effective communication skills
  • An Enhanced DBS (we'll help you apply during registration, with a £56.90 fee refunded after a set period of work*)

As a Community Worker, your key duties will include:

  • Providing companionship and personal care
  • Assisting with medication, nutritional needs, and other daily tasks
  • Supporting clients to live independently and promoting their well-being
  • Following and adhering to individual care plans for each client
