• Oversee day-to-day operations of our Care at Home service.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent quality outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement and support staff development.

• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional care experiences.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Registered Manager with relevant NMC / CQC registration
✅ Proven leadership experience in care at home or domiciliary care services
✅ Strong knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
✅ Excellent communication and team management skills
✅ Passion for person-centred care
