The Role

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of care services across the Gosport area. You’ll lead a passionate branch team, manage client relationships, and ensure we provide the highest standards of care in line with CQC regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Gosport branch and domiciliary care services.

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and internal Nurseplus quality standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop your care and office teams to deliver person-centred, high-quality care.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.

  • Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance to ensure adequate staffing and retention.

  • Monitor and report on service performance, financial targets, and client satisfaction.

  • Promote Nurseplus values of compassion, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery.


About You

We’re looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care or a similar setting.

  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in care management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

Desirable:

  • Experience in branch or multi-site management.

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of staffing or recruitment processes.
