Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a dedicated care team, ensuring delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.

• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Registered Manager with appropriate NMC / CQC registration.

• Proven experience in care management, preferably within domiciliary care or care at home services.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
